The short version: five systems that never talk to each other, the work that leaks between them, and the one platform that replaces the lot.
One platform · thirty-one modules
Not a suite stitched together by integrations — every module reads the same records, obeys the same permissions and is driven by the same AI. Nothing here is sold to you twice. Hover any card to see what people actually do with it.

One platform, one scroll
Scroll to advance — Meridian Building Systems takes one job from “find me leads” to a paid invoice, and every module it touches lights up on the rail. Scroll up and it rewinds.
BEAT 01 / 16
“What work do I have for today?” — “3 overdue, 2 meetings, and 4 tasks today.” Dana clicks the task: find new leads.
BEAT 02 / 16
A typed brief: commercial glazing · Southeast · 100–500 staff.
BEAT 03 / 16
Coastal Water Authority, Blue Ridge Regional Water, Tidewater Municipal Utilities. Dana clicks the first.
BEAT 04 / 16
One click, a moment's work, and the profile fills itself: 340 staff · $48M revenue · Director of Facilities · Charleston, SC.

The deal lands in Qualification: Piedmont, Savannah and Palmetto wins cited, one amber flag — stalled 14 days.

BEAT 15 / 16
Approved time → charges → INVOICE #4192 · $284,400. “Margin by project this quarter?” returns a chart.
BEAT 16 / 16
“Flag any project trending over budget every Monday” becomes a live workflow ending in a customer-service ticket. One platform. Thirty modules.
The intelligence is the product
Atlas is the AI woven through every module — not a chatbot in the corner. It reads the same records you do, acts with your permissions, and logs everything it touches. A system of record stores what happened; this is a system of action that does something about it.
Agent · every screen
A chat and voice agent on every screen that can search, create, update, delete and undo across every module. Every write is logged with before/after values — and reversible for 7 days.
Reporting · natural language
Natural-language BI that joins across modules. “Show me customers with open tickets and overdue invoices” returns a chart — not a support request to the data team.
Signals · proactive
Predictive signals across the platform: deal risk flags, project budget forecasts, account health scores — all computed without anyone running a report.
Automation · plain English
“Email me every morning with deals that have had no activity in 7 days” builds the workflow for you — with approval gates on anything destructive.
Memory · shared
Vector-indexed institutional memory that Atlas draws on for every answer — with permission-aware retrieval, so a gated article never leaks through search.
The ledger
No named competitors, no cherry-picked benchmarks — just what ships in this platform versus what traditionally takes another product, another vendor, another invoice. This is the gap a plugin does not close.

Pick a legacy CRM while your competitor picks this, and you will get smoked. AI, people and process working as one system is not a feature you bolt on later — it is an architecture. You either bought it or you didn't.

No editions, no forced bundles, and no per-seat surcharge for the AI — the intelligence is the platform, not an upsell. Tell us which modules you need and we'll put a quote together.

FAQ
A CRM manages customer records. An Enterprise Operating System runs the company: sales, delivery, inventory, billing, service and compliance share one data model, one permission system and one AI. CRM is one module of thirty-one — and it is in the core platform every workspace starts with.
Atlas works inside every module: it searches, creates, updates and undoes records on instruction, answers cross-module questions as charts, builds automations from plain-English descriptions, and raises predictive signals — deal risk, budget overruns, account health — before anyone asks. Every write is logged and reversible for 7 days.
Yes — that's the design. Start on the core platform, then switch modules on when you need them. New modules read the records you already have; there's no re-import and no migration between “editions”.
CSV import is built into every module, and the onboarding team maps your existing objects — accounts, deals, projects, tickets — onto CaptivaHQ entities. Because fields and labels are customizable without code, the platform adapts to your vocabulary rather than the other way around.
In the EU, on EU-hosted infrastructure, with 6-layer tenant isolation. The built-in EU Compliance Manager covers GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001 and the EU AI Act from the same platform.
Yes — through webhooks, a full REST API, the automation module's integration steps, and the MCP layer, which exposes every module to any LLM client you already run. If your tool can call an API or receive a webhook, it can talk to CaptivaHQ.
The core platform: CRM, demand generation, AI lead finding, record enrichment, email and meetings capture, contracts, CPQ, catalog, analytics, automation, scheduling and the AI engine itself. Everything else switches on when you need it — tell us which modules you want and we will quote them.
CaptivaHQ is in closed beta with a small group of selected clients. Be one of them: we'll stand up a workspace with your modules, your vocabulary and your data, and you'll watch Atlas work it. Get in early and stay in for the long haul.
